IT was a very interesting experience to see how the setup the down lines the bait bucket and the baiting process. Unfortunately we didnt have much luck as a few blues came by and then left shortly thereafter. Divemaster Marco theorized that at this time they are mating mainly and less interested in feeding. When they do appear they are fewer but larger blues. He also warned that sometimes Mako will show up and then attack the blues. That would indicate time to leave the water. They recommended the ideal time to come is in August when several though smaller young blues will normally show up.
