This was an interesting dive, went out to train on the area learning any high hazard areas and familiarization with the reservoir itself. Water was clear very warm with large fish from surface to 18 feet. at 18 feet a visible thermocline was noted and a mass reduction of aquatic life was seen. Below 18 feet water temp dropped to 59 degrees with standing saplings. Sandy bottom with small layer of silt. There is no swimming at this reservoir, however the fishing should be great.
