Dove two dives here. Lost my GoPro Hero 2 camera on dive 1 in muck getting situated. We looked for a while to no avail, did shallow diving near the boat ramp in the muck and started getting a little worried it wasn’t worth the trip. Spent about 30 min bottom time max depth of 15’. The rain came a pouring and we sat on the boat ramp for a bit in the pouring rain like a bunch of losers lol. There is a major noticeable thermocline. However second dive we went out and around the mouth the boat ramp is in and the clarity really opened up. I left with a pocket full of fishing lures, saw some fish, found some old bottles and whatnot. Chad found a few large "clams", a sealed beer bottle that we had to taste test...lol. Deeper than 20’ is a sharp thermocline, possibly 50 degrees or less at 30’ as all 3 of us called off from deeper exploration due to not being prepared for that temperature. Surface temp was almost 90.
