Larry, Tess, and I went to lunch and then came back to the same spot for our second dive going right (North) instead of going left and checked out some crevices and a short cave. I actually went into the cave which I didn’t think I would be able to do with the anxiety issues but it didn’t bother me at all. It WAS colder in the cave though. I chose not to wear the wetsuit this time and instead opted for just my swimsuit, a 2mm sleeveless, hooded vest and gloves. I was plenty warm and didn’t even think about it until the cave. On this dive, we saw a bunch of Lionfish but the find of the dive was a poisonous Stonefish that no matter how close Tess got to it with the camera, it wouldn’t move from its ledge and surprisingly didn’t attack her. As usual, I seemed to get my gear under control more and had a more enjoyable dive. I had the overall impression that the second dive had less variety than the first one though.
