Boat dive for advanced open water certification. Nice site that I have been to before. It was a nice dive for critters. Garden Eels at 58 ft on the sand bottom. There were eels about as it was starting shift toward sundown. We had a green flash sunset on this dive. A really special added bonus! The second dive was the manta ray dive and there were 33 mantas. What a show! We were the last group out of the water and after all the lights were off and just a few of us with lights got an idea of just how dark the ocean was at night. The eels were out in force when we were returning to the boat. The ocean night shift was just coming on. Jeane, Keller, Capt Eric, and all the crew on the Kea nui from Jacks diving locker were great.
