Helped instructor with an unresponsive diver, she was taking a drysuit course. Instructor and Bill Shimdt said she was at about 25 to 30 ft deep and looked back over and she was feet inverted and regulator out of her mouth, instructor said he got her to surface , that’s when Steve and I swam over to help. Instructor gave a couple of rescue breaths started breathing, we got her to platform and on the dock, took her drysuit off she became responsive by the time the ambulance arrived. Diver said she remembered regulator coming out of her mouth and she couldn’t get it back in and then she didn’t rember what happened after that. She made a comment that suit would dump air, but when checked the dump valve was open
