Wed. Aug. 23, 2017 - Today I dove solo again, and did a bit of exploration.

Once at the sign off the Ear, there were several deco bottles there, but no divers in sight. I ran a jump from the goldline in front of the Lips into the Lips Bypass and tied off. Before tying off though, once I was inside the cavern, I looked to the right (opposite of the passage to jump line) and explored it to the top where there was an opening. I poked my head through the opening to discover that it was another opening on top of the Lips that would make accessing the bypass much easier.

I then resumed running my reel to the jump and took that line to the hard right after the wolf tooth formations where the yellow clay is and noticed another jump to the left. Turns out that this is the official Fuzzy Bunny jump (Per Jerry Murphy).

I jumped over to take a look, and concluded that it would be best to have a buddy for that one as it looked like I’d need to push one tank in front of me to navigate the tight passageway where turning around didn’t look all that easy.

I then got back on the Lips Bypass to the Keyhole Bypass, turned the dive.

Once I retrieved all my reels, I went on top of the Lips to check out that passageway into the Bypass area, from on top. It was solid so I tied off a jump line, and followed it all the way in. Beautiful!

I continued on through the Keyhole to the shortcut tunnel before Park Bench. Looking down inside of passage to the left, I noticed a stuffed animal looking like a bunny with a drum, tied to the rock. I guess someone is trying to name it the Fluffy Bunny.
