Water Type: Salt
Entry Type: Shore
We diverted to Cardiac from Honeymoon which was being hit with large surf directly from the West. It was a difficult entry and exit with occasional high surf despite the entry facing south / south east. Very bad visibility, saw a leopard shark (tail), but the visibility was horrible. We thought we might have luck at the outer kelp. Toward the top 20 feet visability was good but all churned up on the sand bottom. This site has potential hope to return when conditions more favorable. It also has some facilities, restroom, drinking fountain, hose off station.
