I’ve been Diving Grand Cayman and its sister Islands, Little Cayman and the Brac at least 4-5 times a year for over 15 years. I’ve dived with just about every Dive operator on the three islands. Some good, some great, and of course, some not.
I’ve seen Dive Operators come and go. Even the great ones for one reason or another have come to an end. Economy, Weather, (Hurricane Ivan made a devastating impact not only on the Cayman Islands but on quite a few of the Dive Operators and Dive Boats as well.)
With that being said, I have never had a bad dive or experienced a bad Dive Operator. Just some better than others. And once I find a great origination to dive with I stick with them. As every diver has their own way of diving, I like to dive with one that knows me and my diving style. I like to be on a first name basis with the Owner, Boat Captains, Dive Masters and the entire crew.
For this latest trip to Grand Cayman, I decided to try out someone new and researched just about everybody in the book. Fortunately for me the research paid off!
I have found my “Home Port”
Wall to Wall Diving located at The Lobster Pot Dive Center. Right in the heart of Downtown Georgetown, Grand Cayman Island. I’ve driven past it a thousand times.
From the first email to the final decision to try them, for me, was well worth the effort.
Wall to Wall Diving, in my opinion, is the finest Dive Operation I have ever used. Bar none.
With 2 boats, and no more than 8 divers per boat, Wall to Wall Diving has exceeded my greatest expectations.
Friendly, courteous, eager to please and most of all with two boats, can take you to dive sites that you never thought existed.
West end, North Wall, East End and the South Side are all within reach with a mear request.
Should you find yourself in Grand Cayman and are looking for truly one of the finest Diver Operators anywhere, do yourself a favor and investigate Wall to Wall Dive.
If you can find a finer outfit than Wall to Wall Diving, I would love to hear from you.
