Since I don`t see a "contact us" link (which may in fact be buried somewhere; I didn`t dig too hard), this will have to do to offer a suggestion: It would be helpful to have the option for new members to use either the username of members or their ID. In recommending the site previously, I gave my username but only later realized that it`s not enough to get credit. Also, it`s generally easier for someone you meet to remember a name than to remember a number (even assuming you yourself remember it to give out!)

Greg - 11/23/2007 11:40 AM That is a good suggestion! BTW, the contact us link is more prominent when you`re not logged in. I figured once you`re a member, you know to just message Greg for help. I will think of an easy way to look up members that referred you to the site. Just using member id isn`t good enough, you`re right. Later! Greg.

Coho - 11/22/2007 3:47 PM A clarification: I was not inviting someone through email. I was talking to a fellow diver and was nowhere near a computer. In that case, it`s far easier for the other diver to remember your username than a number, even assuming you remember the number yourself.
