If you drive all the way into the village of Beanell there is a gap between the houses almost at the end of the village, this is where a discused sewer pipe runs out to sea, there is a great dive site through the gap across the rocky beach and straight out to sea, the reefs all run parallel to the shore and are about 10 meters apart, you can swim out on a snorkel, drop on a chosen reef and go along between the rock and the kelp, lots of crustations and other life, there at the east end of the reef are bits of wreckage from the yewlan and a massive anchor.

Vis can be brillaint, watch out for boats and water skiers from the harbour, one hell of a good dive on a good vis day, dont dive when there is an east wind of any kind, 5 days of good weather is best with no rain, so a summer dive. Its really worth the trip.
