Have been certified and diving since 1973. Been a public safety diver since 1975, and currently am a DiveMaster intern. Enjoy recreational diving, but have many blackwater dives under my belt. I assist a PADI DM Instructor in teaching basic open water up through public safety diver, full facemask and drysuit. Our rescue team offers all these classes to the public as well as public safety personnel. My folks tell me that I use my certification card as my weight (as they think it was carved in stone) but I did dive with the first US Divers 74.2cuft aluminum tank, along with a horse collar. Although I still have on of the first BCDs that only went around your neck and strapped on, had to use a plastic tank harness. Oh well, diving with a computer, full intergrated BCD, etc. now. Don’t mind keeping up with technology.

I also teach all types of technical rescue, tactical rappelling and tracking, and some medical classes. Enjoy going at 100mph, until I can’t go anymore. Everyone stay safe out there, and live for today, as tomorrow may not come around....Push the envelope......
