I am 25 y/p student who just got out of a 5 year service in the military with honorable discharge. Now I take up space and go to school part time. I am here to look for dive buddies in the Arizona and Nevada area where diving is like being in the moon. I have dove in Okinawa where everything is just perfectly blue and filled with life but unfortunately, the instructor didn’t sign my paper work for ow. I ended up taking it here through SSI. Yep, I am a noobie and looking for wisdom from more experienced divers. As for gear I like anything that has a "Z" on it and you won’t be able to pry my Force Fins from my cold, dead hands. Let’s SCUBA!

Yeah, McGill is about 13 miles from Ely, and I’m 7 miles further out from Ely in the opposit direction. I had to laugh when you asked about Walmart, nothing like that here, it is doubtfull that anything like that will ever be here. Sad to say there is no place to fill tanks here, the closest place is in Elko, about 180 miles away. I have been seriously wanting to dive Cave lake, so I’m definately up for something like that. But since there is no place to get fills, multiple prefilled tanks would have to be brought in from out of town. I have been wanting to dive Meade, have you dove there? I’m assumeing that you have, how was it? Did you like it? I will be in Vegas possibly on tuesday, but definately on wednesday and thursday. However, I’m sad to report that I won’t be able to do any diving, got loads of DR’s appointments to do. Well, I guess thats it for now, feel free to message me any time! Yea just two days to knock it out. You need four open water dives which means ill be freexzing for two days. Oh well, its all for love right? I would much rather go diving in California too

I’m always open to be anyones buddy! Distant or not.! Thanks for adding me. Ruth, NV is just about 7 miles out of Ely on the road as if you were going towards Reno. I do go to Vegas fairly regularly, mostly for DR’s visits, in fact the wife and I will be there this week, the 12th & 13th. Sad to say tho I won’t have any time to dive, we got loads of dr’s to see. lol nice. Yea I just got done with pool and class work, now its off to the lake to get certified:( I would much rather go to Mexcio, but what can you do. For now its fine:)

me a tease? Never:) You got ceritifed in Okinawa? Were you ever inlisted? I know a couple of my firends in the Marnies who are over there now. That must have been so great over there. Ill let you know how I did and how much water I swallowed:)

lol Yea I get all these random people wantong to be my friend and I just add them. I dont really mind, chances are Ill never meet them and if they do give me a hard time ill delete them. I hardly get friends on myspace, but I dont care about that. Its myspace for crying out loud. I havent gotten anything yet, but hopefully my shop will cut me some slack and et me get some stuff for a good price or rent it. I’ll get my books tomorrow. I watched the dvd today and so stooked. Nah I moved form California to the desert and NOW im scuba diving. Go figure right?:)
