I started diving when I was 15. When I was 22 I started a commercial diving business with my brother. I grew up in Oregon and most of my diving has been in the cold waters of the Pacific and Puget Sound. I am looking for diving buddies for local Texas diving, one day dives when traveling for business, and travel dive vacation.

check out Makena Coast Charters if you’d like to go out on a boat and dive Molokini, as well as a choice of near-shore dives (Turtle Town, Black Rock, etc) Great people, very accommodating, and you can plan to dive with your intro friend if preferred. Shore diving - Ulua Beach or Turtle Town (longer surface swim). You may be in luck with the humpbacks still in the surrounding waters - listen for their song while underwater, and sit on the beach for sunset and watch them breach and play with the calves. I am planning a trip to Maui from May 10 - 18 2013. We will be staying at the Kihei World Mark with some friends. I was looking at the some of the site posted on Scuba Earth, one of our friends would like to do a introduction dive, can anyone give me some recommendations of dive sites that may not be on Scuba Earth, good rental shops and boats?
