I was OW certified last summer and AOW this winter; have done about 30 non-guided dives since then from the Spectre boat out of Ventura, beach diving on the Central Coast and at Casino Point and the Beach Hopper II in Monterey with depths of up to about 90 feet. I have everything I need to dive in cold water, any weekend, including full air tanks. I’d like to dive a few times per month if I had willing dive buddies. My wife is often my dive buddy, but I think generally all of the dive planning and gear set-up/cleaning requires more time than she wants to invest on a weekend for cold water diving, so I would be interested in expanding my dive buddy circle to get into the water more.

I am thinking of a dive to monterey next friday, 6/21, let me know if you are interested, ron. tweedledee - 12/24/2018 11:19 AM If you are ever up for a weekend dive at Breakwater ( in Monterey, I’m game. I am fairly new to diving myself, with 25 logged dives...but I think between you and I we could navigate the wall at Breakwater pretty well. I can drive down any weekend.
