New to SCUBA diving. Completed my OW cert in Belize and have started getting my own gear. Will be looking for local dive buddies.

Dive Muck-ups, stories, and near deaths:
5/22/18 - [Belize] - Dangerously close to scorpion fish. Only discovered while reviewing GoPro pics.
5/22/18 - [Belize] - Distracted by Dolphins, ended up backrolling without my reg in my mouth.. Derp.
5/22/18 - [Belize] - Mask Strap slipped over head during backroll.
5/20/18 - [Belize] - 260PSI during safety stop, Bull sharks investigating boat at ladder.
5/20/18 - [Belize] - Main reg started taking in water during breathing. Bad hose.
5/19/18 - [Belize] - Mouthpiece separated from reg when hitting water. BCD not inflated enough.

Quarries will be on my to-do list very soon. I just got the final pieces of gear I needed including a tank so I can do some testing/tweaking. You already have any upcoming planned trips?
