I am currently a dive master but my only experience is in warm water. I would like to start diving the California coast from Fort Bragg to the Monterrey Bay. I have all equipment except tanks and wet suit( Only have 3m wet suit). I would very much like to find a divebuddy who is easy going. Age and gender does not matter

That 3mil isn’t going to cut it in California, I usually have a 3 mil hooded vest under my 7 mil :)
