Hi! I’m looking for safety conscious people to dive with in Oregon and Washington (although I need to plan ahead for Washington to organize lodging there first). I haven’t been to the Oregon coast yet! I loved diving Hoodsport and I would like to return there. I have experience diving in California, especially love the Channel Islands. I did a little scientific diving as an AAUS diver in grad school and have a PhD in Marine Science from UC Santa Barbara.

My favorite recreational dives were in the Cenotes in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, especially The Pit and Zapote Cenote. My dream is to dive in the caverns / caves of Florida and also under ice in Antarctica some day.
