My wife and enjoy diving Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park which is about 100 miles away and McGregor Lake, about 45 miles away, for the delicious Crawdads. Most favorite dive destination is Great Guana Cay, Abacos, Bahamas. We now own a 2nd home in Ocala, Florida and look forward to more diving opportunities there when we can visit.

We dive dry suits so we can extend our diving opportunities here in Montana’s "Temprate" waters..

Dive Montana - Where every dive is an altitude dive and all you need to dive is a dry suit, a 4 wheeler with a snow plow and a chainsaw to cut the ice.

Sorry Teosails!! I have a full family weekend that got planned for me. I have to be in Eureka most of the day 5-29 and have a pretty full itinerary the next week. Maybe we can set up a dive in between @ McGregor later in the summer. I’d like to make a crawdad dive and feed when some friends come over from Seattle.

Looking for some ideas for a dive around Ocala. Been to Blue Grotto and Devils Den. Drift Dives in Rivers, Wrecks on the Atlantic side or structures out on the Gulf??

Hi Steve,

I hope all is well with you. Not sure how I feeel about that snow, got none yet. I do not have any of the winter gear out yet. I am planning on diving all winter. I want to see how cold I can go but mother nature is not helping. No complaints.

Take Care, Tim

Hi Steve, How have you been? I might try to dive tomorrow, it has been awhile. I might just go out and practice. It looks like Oahu will be my new dive destination. My son just got orders to be stationed there. I did a Tough Mudder last Dec and will do another this Oct with my older brother.

Hi Steve,

Thanks!!

I hope all goes well with the sugery. You have a nice place for R&R though.

Yes, Hawaii was awesome. I think I will go back next year. Big Island Divers were great, they made our trip. Great to get pampered. I am not totally sold on warm water though. It is very nice but I do enjoy the drysuit, cold water, and the browns and greys.
