Hey! My name’s Tia, i’m seventeen years old and i’ve been diving for about seven years now. I am a master scuba diver, and will be starting my divemaster soon.

I work for Virginia Scuba in Manassas on the weekends, which my dad owns a part of, and when i’m not working on the weekends, i’m diving!

Hi Tia, cool that you work at the Manassas shop, I have been there a few times. It has been a couple of years since I have dove, but yeah I would be interested in getting back into it. Around here, I have been to the Milbrook Quarry several times and Lake Rawlings once.

Where do you do alot of your diving at? I have a couple of people I work with that I am trying to get certified this spring. The only 2 lakes I think might be good for diving are Stonewall Jackson in Weston, and the Summersville Lake.

Good to hear that you have been diving so long. I have assisted in the training of several young students here in NC. I lived in Weston, for 4 years, and went to college in Bridgeport. I had no idea there was a diver shop near Clarksburg. I am in the southern part of WV working on a regular basis. Where is the dive shop near you?
