Nice, was this in Cebu? Heard Cebu is chumming for them now. I was in Donsol in Feb. and there wasn’t any whalesharks then. Did see 12’ manta in the manta bowl that stayed overhead for a long time while the fishing line trailing from a hook in its mouth was wound up and cut short.
