Hello! Looking for friends and dive buddies. Basically there is only 1 dive site close to Chattanooga, which is in Athens, TN at a quarry. If you like cold water, then it’s a good place to dive. So I try and save up to make dive trips. I’ve been to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands and the Caribbean. Recently dove off the Florida coast off of Ft Lauderdale.

I started scuba diving January 2008. I grew up in Florida around and on the water so I’ve always had a love for it. I’ve been an adamant jet ski rider for 10 years but I’ve always wanted to try scuba diving. Just never knew anyone who was, to get me into it. I remember many years ago seeing dive flags on stickers and tags and wondered what they meant. Well I know now!

I quickly went through several Specialty courses and with the help of 2 live-aboard trips and the local quarry I was able to get 50 dives in from Mar-Dec 08, which earned me my Master Diver certification. My next step is DiveCon, then Dive Instructor.
