 Added ability to search buddy list

You can now search through the members on your buddy list. Go to the Search page and choose an option in the "My Buddy List" field OR visit your Buddy List and click "Search Buddy List" to be directed to the Search page.

You can also choose to search members that are NOT on your buddy list.
