I warn up front, this will be my first real dive since getting my Cert. I’d like to find a buddy though, but I’m not really sure how this whole thing works. I’ll be diving through Starfish Scuba in boyton beach, Florida.

I’ve seen some sailing software with current predictions but just that, guesses, nothing real time. Many currents are tide dependent which is why shallow dives are best at slack high tide .

If you are beach diving at Boyton Beach there will always be a current flowing south down the beach. Sometimes that works for you as a drift dive but remember you need to walk back.
