Hi all,

I just got my open water diver certificate last weekend and signed up for the Baltimore National Aquarium Atlantic coral reef exhibit dive yesterday. The experience was amazing! The conditions are perfect and the wildlife is very curious and friendly. I highly recommend this dive to divers of all experience levels!

What’s the water temperature over there, and how big is place to dive in?

In the aquarium, the water temperature is 74 degrees and 13 feet deep. The exhibit is a doughnut shape with patrons viewing the exhibit in the middle. The rest of the exhibit has a width of approximately 5 feet between the glass and the coral reef.

You can view more information through the dive company, Atlantic Edge Scuba, in Gaithersburg, MD.
