The S. C. Public Safety Divers Int’l (SCPSDI) and The Professional Scuba Association International (PSAI) is ISO 9001:2008 certified for the provision of diver training and certification services throughout entire range of PSAI’s certification programs. All of our programs are (NIOSH), (OSHA), (NFPA), as well as complaint with other U. S. and International Country Laws/Regulations.

These are not "Recreational Based Scuba Programs” turned into Public Safety Diving, like most other programs; these are "Professional Public Safety Diving Programs" and we are recognized as the best in the world over for the “Quality” of our PSD Training.

When in Recovery Mode and/or Performing any Dive Operation(s), the PSD Team becomes an "Arm-of-Law-Enforcement" and therefore must know/be properly trained in the procedure(s) for the recovery phase of any operation, the “Snatch-and-Grab” is no longer acceptable.

Great stuff. It would be a great program to go though even if you didn’t become a public safety diver.
