A couple of sites for divers who use Google Earth

These sites have KMZ files for NOAA charts that work in combination with Google Earth. Once you have downloaded a file, click on it twice and it will open Google Earth, zoom into the area the chart covers and overlay the chart onto Google Earth.

Interesting. The western gulf map has some inaccuracies. It shows Hol Chan Marine Reserve as right next to Cozumel. I’ve dove Hol Chan. It’s no where near Cozumel. It’s a few minutes by boat from Caye Caulker or Ambergris caye in Belize.
