Last I heard, Capital SCUBA (the dive shop at Fantasy Lake, Roleville, NC) closed. Try to contact the park directly (http://www.fantasylakescubapark.com/contact.htm) to see if they are still filling tanks. Last time I was there, air/nitrox fills were much cheaper than the area dive shops.
