 Diving destination in Thailand or Malaysia

Head to Singapore for a few days and thinking about spending 3-4 days diving in Thailand or Maylaysia. Anyone has suggestions where I should go? I was looking Puket or Tioman. Any comments about these two, or other suggestions? Thanks.
