What weeks are available? Is there a time limit on when it has to be used? Any additional costs for the condo, other than the $600?

I have lots of pictures of the beach and the dives (the dive boat leaves right from their dock), but I haven’t taken pictures of the inside. There are a few on their website, http://www.morritts.com/tours/photos-mtc-interior.php, or, iIf you google "Morritt’s" and click on images you will see some.

You can book any week but Christmas and New Years Weeks.

This is my favorite place to dive on this continent, and I own 5 weeks. I have been traveling there and getting out of the cold for February for many years, and now that I am retired I thought I might spend most of the winter there, that is, before the second grandchild came. Life now is busy and three weeks is good enough so I am sellling off two. I have two one bedroom poolside units that sleeps 4. I also have a studio for 2 and two one bedroom Oceanfronts. This year I rented two weeks. So, if someone wants a home away from home that has amazing diving, please contact me.
