 Looking for dive buddy around Sac, CA for Monterey diving

I recently moved to California and ready to start diving again. I was totally spoiled and lived within 45 minutes of the Great Barrier Reef for the past 6 years. Between the cost of gas to Monterey and hotel, the cost of diving quickly adds up. Is there anyone interested in diving in the upcoming months that would like to share a ride to Monterey and split the cost of hotel and gas? Possibly willing to drive down and back on the same day if we could split the driving time. We could meetup in Sac for coffee to plan a trip. About me: 31, female, working as a postdoc at UCDavis. Advanced diver, over 150 dives. I am up for any kind of diving. Shore, boat, wreck, easy, advanced, night etc. I am down in Monterey now and diving in the morning. It’s been almost a year since I’ve been diving and I am going through diver withdrawal.

Hi Sarra, What are you studying at UC Davis? I used to dive in Monterey but now I’m in Southern California where it’s warmer. You’ll need at least a good 7mm wetsuit in Monterey.
