 Belize Condo for Sale

I have decided to put my condo up for sale. The condo is a two bedroom one bath with 700+ sf of living space. It is located about one mile south of San Pedro town, Ambergris Caye, Belize directly across the street from Banyon Bay and the beautiful white sand beach. The current tenants lease will expire in July of 2010 so it will be free to use as your resort destination after that.


As you all know Belize offers some of the best diving on the planet, with great dive sites right of shore at the barrier reef ( a five minute boat ride).

Didn’t even know you had this condo. I’ve got a couple friends who go to Belize every year or two. I’ll forward the link to them. BTW, we’re booked in Kauai June 26 - July 9, 2010.
