 Etowah River in North Georgia

There is a group of us thinking of diving for artifact on the etowah river up past woodstock near the cartersville area. Anyone have any info, experience, tips, do’s dont’s, dve shops that are close........ANYTHING ? We would apreciate any info at all.

what sort of artifacts? Sharks teeth, civil war? is the river tidal or fresh?
