You asked “Is open water, advance open waters, and rescue part of the five specialty, i have done deep water and navigation plus night diving.” Only deep and navigation are considered specialty courses. While the others are required prior to becoming a PADI Master Scuba Diver they are not counted. Specialty courses result in a C Card from PADI or another organization and include Underwater Navigation , Deep Diver , Multilevel Diver , Night Diver , Altitude Diver , Boat Diver , Drift Diver , Search & Recovery Diver , Wreck Diver , Dry Suit Diver , Nitrox Diver , Underwater Photographer , Underwater Naturalist , Peak Performance Buoyancy.
