You’ll have no problem finding dive buddies here. I dive most weekends and I’d be glad to show you the sites I dive regularly. I mostly dive in Laguna Beach, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes, depending on conditions.
I recommend you get on facebook and check out "West Coast Dive Club". I dive with them all the time.
