I had the exact same issue with my Aqua Lung wetsuit boots. Part of the rubber started separating from the neoprene. I contacted Aqua Lung themselves and they recommended doing a return or using Aquaseal to fix it. I’m going to do the latter since it’s such a minor issue. I haven’t gotten any yet so I can’t speak for the effectiveness.

According to the reviews it seems to work well with wetsuits/neprene.
