I was just there this week. They are open, it’s $20 to get in. Viz was pretty bad (about 5 feet). But we had a good time. Lots of stuff to see underwater. I recently added it to our dive site section: http://www.divebuddy.com/divesite.aspx?DiveSiteID=1280
