Let me tell you Greg, that site is perhaps the coolest dive site going right now and completely accessible. The sharks here are robust, and if you added a cool submersible to the mix you would have the ultimate dive playground. The main issue here is fuel and flights.
Imagine "touching down" in a sub on the deck of the aircraft carrier out there. Just do not eat the coconuts...full of Cesium 32, nasty stuff.
