You can also use Paint, a free image utility that comes with every Microsoft Windows operating system. It’s under Start > Programs > Accessories. OR, you can usually just right click on an image and choose Edit. That usually opens your default image editor. In the image editing program (whether it’s Paint or another one), you want to find the Image Shrink or Resize option. Make sure to keep the aspect ratio the same when reducing the size so the picture doesn’t look distorted.
