I read the whole story.
NO valid excuse whatsoever from the DM or Skipper.
Outright blantant disregard for the health and safety of those they were charged with caring for.
The DM needs to be fired and the Skipper should be required to sell the boat.
Those aholes are going to cost someone their life.
