At Last ! . . Someone is bringing to attention the generally poor state of aerobic fitness and related health condition of a significant number of SCUBA divers. It seems as if the industry’s governing organisations, e.g., PADI, NAUI, SSI, SDI and their tech-divinng derivatives have lost all comprehension concerning Risk Managment. Looking at DAN’s worldwide statistics about diving accidents, it is a miracle that someone has not been sued yet !! . . . But that will no doubt come to pass; - and only then will the industry wake up.
