From myscubastory: How would this be fair!? Its hardly their fault that a shark attacked this man! Has anyone seen this sort of compensation happen elsewhere?
Probably some screwy law like here in the US where you can trip on a broken sidewalk and get compensation from the homeowner even though he didn’t install the sidewalk and doesn’t own it.
