You do have time to dive the southeast like Pompano Beach or ft. lauderdale.
Its only a 2 hour drive from coast to coast. You can do the shark tooth dive in venice a couple of days then head over to my area of Florida. The keys diving is overrated and more money than most areas in Florida. If you like drift diving Palm beach is the place to go.
