I inject my turkey with creole butter (available at the grocery stores) or franks red hot mixed with melted butter. Then it is off to the deep fryer in the back yard. Fried turkey is hands down the best way to prepare turkey. I learned the art in Georgia when visiting my friends there. Yummy.
