 Free diving in palm beach

I was curious if anyone could fill me in on some good free diving spots around palm beach preferably places allowing spearfishing. I know of many different areas to scuba, however would like to shuck the equip in the summer and get more into free diving.

Martin Stepanek opened up a FreeDiving school in Ft. Lauderdale http://www.divefit.com/ ... apparently he`s pretty good at free diving w/ 9 world records at various point in his life. I attended an introductory seminar at OceanFest and I`d says he`s quite the expert.
