Bring laundry detergent. You’ll be cleaner coming out the other end.

Darn, I guess I shouldn’t have been too concern.... I’ll be diving with the Washing Machine expert :)

Know nothing about the washing machine. But having researched Blackbeard on the internet, it seems it’s a pretty hard core experience, cramped quarters, salt water showers with some sort of fresh water rinse. Guess if you’ve been a girl scout it will be OK.
just sayin’

Thanks for the heads up John. I just returned from the trip. Your right, it’s not for the faint at heart or diver who wants a comfy cozy surface interval! I had an awesome time! Many many new dive buddies! I’m interested in diving and not the frills :) can’t wait to do it again :)

Glad you had fun! Post some pictures. Guess I’m to used to Sandals with the butler taking my dive gear to the boat. Laughing at my self here. As long as you know what you are getting into before hand you’re OK. But even my deer camp is full of creature comforts now-a-days.

We went a year ago had a great time. Is like camping on the ocean. Not lavish and plush but would not trade it for nothing. Had an unforgettable time.

Hello, sorry for the severely delayed response! I don’t have my notifications settings turned on. Yes, I took some pictures but mainly of the boat. You can check them out on my Facebook page called "OceanFloor." It’s a public page. m.facebook.com/Oceanfloor-1405321189743915/ I’ve already done the Blackbeard cruise a couple of times and I think I’d prefer a bit of valet diving like John mentioned above. Actually, I’m headed to Cayman Brac for valet diving in July 16-23. We’re short one male for a double occupancy. If you know anyone who may be interested you can get all the details in the Divebuddy forum travel section.
