Exercise is known to reduce risks and improve performance for divers. It is important to exercise year-round, however this time of year fitness for diving is a hot topic as seasonal divers get ready for spring and summer diving. Are you a diver who exercises? Even if you do not, are you interested? Is anything holding you back? Inquiring minds want to know. Feel free to share. Perhaps this survey will be a way of motivating and supporting each other in fitness for diving. I am looking forward to your responses and will post and answer any questions.

[Choose #3] Now that I’m a certified diver, I work out more frequently since the wetsuits aren’t very flattering and forgving in the wallet AND the waistline!

[Choose #3] Squats and lunges really help if you have to climb stairs and/or hike back to the car in wet gear. That thought oftem motivates me through my last set.
