Fortune pond is an old iron quarry that was used until 1958. The quarry reaches a depth of 210 feet and is home to some small fish, crayfish, and turtles. The site contains a diving platform, and other small items left by the local fire department and other divers. Great place to dive! Bring plenty of air since there is nowhere to get air nearby.
