The Parc Des Iles site in St-Timothée is certainly not considered a technical challenge! About 8 meters deep maximum, no current felt - although in fact there is one but very weak -, it does not present any particular difficulty and is therefore, therefore, very suitable for level 1 dives. But its appeal is elsewhere: it is a real laboratory of life and animal interactions, since it is in fact an enclave of the St. Lawrence River, closed at the ends by two small dams, and whose water is slowly renewed. As a result, shore dives, night and day, will offer you a spectacle rich in diversity. Bass, pike, colossal carp, walleye, burbot, knights, bryozoans and even a shrimp imported from Europe!

More details available at Scubarama’s Parc Des Iles de St-Timothée page: in French, English (Google Translate).
