Made a quick stop at lake Mac as I was passing through Nebraska. Beautiful lake. The dive was as close as I could get to the dam but was still a rather flat area with almost nothing on the bottom. After swimming out for about 15 minutes and only gaining 11 ft depth, I turned around and headed back to shore. Even though I was towing a diver down flag I was very concerned about boat traffic. I suggest contacting some locals for info on where is the best place to dive in Lake Mac.
